Delivery
Schedule
We aim to
deliver all orders within 3 - 5 business
days on receipt of payment, subject to
availability of stock, if despatch is
delayed for any reason we will keep you
informed via email.
The cost of
delivery is included in the price of all
our products to UK mainland only.
For
deliveries outside Mainland UK and
Europe, Prices on request.
We deliver
using various Parcel companies, Please
note: that all orders will need to be
signed for, confirming the goods have
arrived in perfect condition or
otherwise mark unchecked. In the
event your goods do not arrive in
satisfactory condition, you may reject
the delivery and another one will be
rescheduled upon us being notified.
Premier
Pedal Cars UK Ltd cannot be held
responsible for delays caused by a third
party delivery companies.
Returns
Policy
If
something is wrong with your order you
placed with Premier Pedal Car UK Ltd, we
certainly want to help you, if you are
unhappy with your purchase from the
Premier pedal cars website, you may
return them for a refund within 7 days
of your order being placed, all we ask
is that the items are unused and in
original packaging, we will refund your
purchase within 14 days of receipt of
the goods with us. We are unable to
refund the postage costs of returning
your item.
This does
not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.

receive a damaged or defective item?

repack the item (we can not collect
items that have not been repacked
correctly) provide us with the reason
for return.
Are you
missing any parts?

(Monday-Friday 9-5) we will send out
your replacement parts within 14 days,
if we are unable to send out the part we
are happy to send out a whole
replacement.
Did you
receive the wrong item?
Please contact us via email

(Monday-Friday 9-5) telling us which
item you received. We would ask you to
repack the item (we can not collect
items that have not been repacked
correctly) we will deliver the correct
item and collect the wrong item at the
same time
within 7
days.
Can I
get spare parts for my pedal car I have
brought from you?
We can get
new spare parts for items purchased from
ourselves, please contact us via email
or phone with details of the part you
need, we can give you cost and deliver
the parts to you normally within 14
days.

protecting your privacy, we will only
use information that we collect about
you in the accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998. We will collect
information from you for two reasons, 1:
to process you order 2: to provide you
with after sales service, You will only
be contacted be an employee in the event
of a query to your order. We will not
email you in the future for marketing
purposes nor pass you details on to a
third party. If you have any concerns
please contact us.
